This package contains two mondo PostScript fonts: WoodcutDropCaps and WoodcutDropCapsTwo. Since you downloaded this package, you must already know how to install them. If you don't know, ask somebody.
HOW AND WHY:
I scanned several of the cool woodcut Drop Caps figures from one of my wife's old children's books (late nineteenth century) and traced them with Adobe Streamline. Then I used The Art Importer to create these two fonts containing these extremely ornate letters. The reason there are TWO fonts is because each is very large, and a single font containing all of them would be unreasonably large.
WHAT CHARACTERS GOT FILLED?
All the characters are images of quite ornate CAPITAL letters, regardless of the keystroke they were eventually assigned to. WoodCutDropCaps has the following keystrokes assigned: A,B,C,F,H,I,M,h,i, shift-1 and shift-2; shift-1 contains a design used to mark the beginnings of chapters in the storybook -- and shift-2 is a dingbat used to mark the endings of stories. WoodCutDropCapsTwo (the sequel!) has the following characters: A,B,O,P,S,T,U,W,t,w, and option-t. No other characters were used as drop caps in this particular book. Sorry.
